A
non-profit organization began a practice in specialty consulting, but
had no collateral materials for promoting the service and pursuing
future projects. After several meetings with the organization's
leaders and consulting project staff, EntroThrive developed a design
template for marketing materials including Request for Proposal response
items. Following the design approval, narratives for the organization's
background, staff profiles, cases studies and consulting process were
written. EntroThrive created basic collateral pieces based on
a template that the organization could use internally to develop additional
materials and case studies as their projects increased and budgets allowed.
In addition, we assisted the project staff in writing a technical proposal
for a potential scope of services that could be customized for particular
projects.
As
the consulting practice became successful, the organization hired EntroThrive
to complete specific RFP responses. By identifying key issues,
writing approach responses, cover letters and executive summaries, we
saved the organization time and afforded them professional proposals
without the employment of additional staff or the expense of specific
production equipment.
